Not bad... Mission Viejo's Bebe park has a small, but certainly decent, little skatepark. She's a Purkiss Rose park [714.871.3638] - built in 1999. It's not too big [I'd guess it's under 10,000 sq ft], but the lumps are in the all right places and the flow looks like it would do the job.

I'd really like to hear more from the local locs, so if you've got pics or comments send 'em to the usual...

Other nearby parks include Long Beach, Seal Beach, Laguna Hills, Irvine, Bell Gardens, Huntington 1, Huntington 2 and Vans in Orange. To the south you've got San Clemente, Vista, Oceanside, Escondido, Encinitas, the public park in Temecula, and the Ollie House in Temecula, etc., etc. This *is* SoCAL, isn't it!

Directions: We didn't do the best job of taking notes when we hit this park, but to the best of our knowledge you take the 5 freeway to Mission Viejo and exit at Oso Parkway heading east. Make a left [north] on Felipe. As you cross La Paz [you could also take La Paz from the 5], Felipe "becomes" Olympiad - start looking to your right. This is a planned community and there are a gang of parks... the last one, which is on your right [east] is Beebe Park. The skatepark is in there!
