The skatepark at Rancho Cucamonga sucks - yeah, pretty much.
This is an older park [I'd guess it was built around '97-'98], old ideas, random materials, the lack of experience really shows. I'd skip it. If you're in the area, check out the fullpipe at Upland or the killer sessions at Fontana.
Directions: Rancho Cucamonga is east of LA by about an hour. To get there, take the 10 east to the 15 north. Exit the 15 at Foothill, heading west. You'll cross Rochester, then Millikin, and then you'll make a right [north] on Spruce Ave. Two blocks north, at the interesction of Elm and Spruce, you'll see Spruce Ave park and the skatepark.
