My ole' roommate in college Jeremy Whittey ["What up, Roommate!"] is from Reedley. That dude loved beer more than air! Big ups to that kid, whereever he's at!
Directions: Reedley is southeast of Fresno, off the 99. From the 99, exit Manning heading east. Stay on Manning, and you'll pass De Wolf, Mendacino, etc. There'll be a little bend in the road as you cross Reed, just stay on Manning heading east. Cross Frankwood, then finally make a right [southwest] on 11th St, then a soft left [south] on East Ave. The skatepark is next to the Jr High.
