We don't know much about the Bay City skatepark in MI. The designer Zach Wormhoudt [831.426.8424] sent us these shots... But while we haven't ridden THIS park, we've been riding some other parks just like this one around California.

The Wormhoudt parks that have come out since 2002 have been really good. Take Greenfield for instance - good vert, great flow, killer coping. We rode another new one in Poway - near San Diego - a couple weeks ago. Then there's Redwood City and Sunnyvale - so good! I like most of Zach's older parks, I even appreciate his REALLY older parks, but these days he's killin' it with really good bowls.

Keep it up, we're stoked!

Directions: Bay City is in the central part of the state, on the southwest bank of Lake Huron. From highway 75, take the "75 Business" route and head east toward the lake. You'll cross route 13, S. Wenona St, and exit S. Henry St heading left/north. As you head north, you'll cross Jane, Vermont, and then make a right [east] on E. Florence St. Take Florence east toward the Saginaw River, when it hits State St, you'll make a soft right [southeast], and then a left [northeast] on Marquette. The skatepark is in Defoe park, off of Marquette.
