Hot Damn, Jasper! Our first "Midwest" submission. Sweet.

This look at Middletown skatepark has been brought to you by your friends Scott and Nick from OH. They've submitted the pics and the following for your general digestion - thanks guys!

"There's more of it than what the pics show. There's a series of grinds and low rails. A roll-in with a 6 stair and two rails, a nice bump, some other random shit, two bowls connected with a spine, a mini bowl, fun box, some more random shit, lots of little kids, some quarters, no pads or helmets needed or wanted, rough as hell and not that fast."

Damn good review, Scott. We love it. Just don't try startin' your own website, or we'll have to send some bad men up to Middletown to put the hurt on. You got it? We thought you might...

A little more investigation revealed the park was constructed by Suburban Rails, a park construction company out of Athens, OH [740.592.5235]. The name "Baker Bowl" came from Baker Concrete Construction Company which donated the 'crete. The park was completed in the Spring of '99, covers 22,000 square feet, and cost that fine city $300 large in construction costs. Looks like money well spent to us - go get it and send us some more footy...!

Directions: Coming from Dayton, take Interstate 75 south, and exit #32 at Middletown. Exit 32 connects to Highway 122, take this west to downtown Middletown, turn right (north), at Main Street and then make a left into Smith Park.
