Tualatin

* Outdoor: 'Crete

Poor little Tualatin... it's not necessarily a bad park, it's just totally outclassed by the other parks in the area.
Take a look at the pics below - If you've been to a lot of parks [and particularly if you know CALI vs OR parks] this park is less of a triple-X Oregon killer and more of a PG-rated park from the Inland Empire in California. The skaters there were great, but as Oregon parks go, chalk this up to a "training facility."
When you're done w/ this place and you want to go find some real trouble, you don't have to go far. We could recommend the following for some really ripe roadrash roadtrips: Newberg, Donald, Burnside, and Beaverton [pics coming soon]. Further south you've got more bone jarring jibbage at Aumsville, Eugene, and Salem.
Directions: From Portland, take Interstate 5 south for about ten miles. Turn off the freeway at the Tualatin/Sherwood exit and head west. Make a right [north] on Boones Ferry Road. The skatepark is less than a mile on the right in Tualatin Community Park.
